Registration for conference participants: Thursday 9th October between 8.00 and 9.00 am.

Cloakroom and luggage storage will be provided by the hotel.

The payment of the registration fee is a prerequisite of participating in the conference. Only those who have registered for the event and paid the participation fee in advance can attend the event. 

We reserve the right to change the admission rules in accordance with the legislation in force at the time. 

The one-day participation fee includes lunch and coffee breaks on the day of the event.

The items of the participation fee considered benefits in kind (food, drinks) are subject to tax and social security contributions, the payment of which is the responsibility of the customer. The invoice for the participation fee will always indicate separately the amount of the benefits in kind.

The organisers will not be responsible for valuables left unattended on the premises. The event is open to the press and the organiser may use photographs taken on site without restriction. By submitting the application, the customer acknowledges and accepts the above conditions.

The participation fees do not include VAT.

The invoice will be sent by e-mail to the contact details provided.

By applying, you agree that the name, company name and position given at the time of registration will be visible to the registered participants. By submitting the application, the customer acknowledges and accepts the above conditions.

Cancellation conditions:

After finalizing and submitting the registration, cancellations cannot be accepted. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event. Once the full participation fee has been paid, participation may be transferred under the following specified conditions.

The registered participant may be changed no later than the 3th working day prior to the event by sending a written notice via email to mlszksz@mlszksz.hu.

Privacy Notice: 

Please be informed that the event organiser will take camera and photographic recordings of the event, in which the speakers may be recognisable. The event organiser will publish the photographs electronically online and on electronic platforms and on paper at its registered office as part of its marketing activities, but will not use them for direct advertising purposes. For the purposes of this event, in accordance with Section 2:48 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, "The making and use of a photographic or audio recording requires the consent of the person concerned". By entering the site of the event in the knowledge of this information, anyone consents to the above by means of implicit conduct.

By registering, the participant acknowledges and accepts the above conditions.

Limited parking is available at the Marriott Hotel Budapest. We recommend using the adjacent car parks:

Please plan your journey before the conference to arrive on time!

All participants will be provided access to the presentations subject to the speaker's permission to publish their presentation.

This year's conference is again expected to attract hundreds of participants from transport, logistics, manufacturing and forwarding companies.

The programme is not printed for environmental reasons and will be available on the conference app or on the website https://r29611.eventcloud.hu/agenda.

The daytime attire for the event is business casual.

Conference attendees will be served food in the areas outside the Ballroom.

Free wifi network is available in the hotel area, without any password. If for any reason you need a secure and reliable internet connection, please make sure that you have a separate mobile internet solution. Thank you.

Video (and audio) recordings and photographs will be taken at the conference, which can be used, edited, published on online video and photo sharing services for future use by organisers of events organised by the MLSZKSZ. Both speakers and participants of the conference may appear, be named and be identified in the resulting audio-visual material, and such public appearance is acknowledged by those attending the event.

The resulting images will be sent to the conference participants. A video summary will be uploaded to the MLSZKSZ Youtube channel.

Participants will be notified by email after uploading.

If you do not want your image to be recognisable in the photo recordings, please inform the organisers when entering the event. In this case, you will receive a distinctive mark, which will be used by the Data Controller to make your image unrecognisable in the photographs taken.

You may request information on the processing of your personal data and request the rectification or, except for processing required by law, the erasure of your personal data by contacting the Company.
